Beauty not only lies on how expensive your skin care & cosmetics are....it is also important to ensure that you have adequate food for the skin & body system a.k.a supplements.
Personally I'm a big fan of fish oil, Q10 & vitamin C. I'll ensure that I do not miss these 3 supplements daily as I do not practice good eating habit too :P (I just whacked any food, from fried food to spicy food and not forgetting junk food...hehehe).
